2 cups Promised Land Dairy Homogenized Whole Milk (*or Promised Land Dairy Reduced Fat 2% Milk or Promised Land Dairy Fat Free Milk)
Fresh fruit of your liking (kiwi, berries, bananas, peaches, nectarines or mangos)
Nuts of your liking (almonds, walnuts or coconut)
Place bananas, strawberries, yogurt, Promised Land Dairy Homogenized Whole Milk and flax meal into blender. Blend on high until smooth. Stir and add additional milk if needed. Mixture should be very thick.
Divide evenly into two bowls. Top with fruits and nuts as desired.
