1/2 cup Promised Land Dairy Midnight Chocolate Milk
16 oz. (2-8 oz. packages) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
24 fresh raspberries
Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Paper line 24 mini muffin cups. Firmly press 1 tablespoon cookie crumb mixture into each paper liner.
Microwave chocolate and Promised Land Dairy Midnight Chocolate Milk in small, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute; stir until smooth.
Beat cream cheese and vanilla extract in medium bowl on high speed for 1 minute. Add melted chocolate; beat on medium speed for 1 minute until smooth.
Spoon mixture into large self-sealing plastic bag. Cut corner from bag; squeeze to fill crusts, diving equally between 24 crusts. Top with raspberries. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Keep refrigerated until just prior to serving.
