Promised Land Dairy
Egg Nog Bread

1/4 Cup Butter (melted)
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs (beaten)
2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup
Promised Land Dairy Egg Nog
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
1/2 Cup Raisins
1/2 Cup Chopped Red and Green Candied Cherries

In a large bowl, combine
Butter, sugar and eggs and mix well. Combine the flour, baking power and salt. Stir into Butter mixture alternately with Promised Land Dairy Egg Nog; mix only until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in pecans, raisins and cherries. Spoon into a greased 8 1/2 in. X 4 1/2 in. X 2 1/2-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes or until bread test done.

Recipe doesn't call for it, but 1 cup powered sugar with 1/4 cup of
Promised Land Dairy Egg Nog makes a glaze to drizzle over it.
