In the beginning.........

there were 200 acres of raw mesquite covered land, plentiful dreams of a Jersey herd with rich and flavorful milk, and a few beehives scattered around the rolling hills

A land of milk and honey ...... from Deuteronomy 26:9, "He brought us to this place and gave us this land, a land flowing with milk and honey."

In 1987 our Promised Land Dairy began. Faith, hope and hard work has led to a Jersey Farm, an old -fashioned creamery. Promised Land Dairy is the home of some of the finest quality dairy products available in the United States market today.

Promised Land Dairy began in 1987 as a possible site for an inland red fish farm. After analyzing, it was determined the soil was not conducive to the raising of fish, so the dream changed. With the purchase of an additional 800 acres and a dairy herd of Jersey Cows the process was set in motion to produce the best milk available anywhere. Unlike most milk brands on the market today, Promised Land Dairy controls the herd, the diet of the herd, processing of the product, and distribution. You might say, "we control our quality products from "grass to glass".

Randy and Glenda Boone developed this plan for our owner, and today, Promised Land Dairy is indeed fulfilling the dreams of providing our customers with outstanding quality All Natural, All Jersey dairy products.

Our herd has grown and has been replaced with the All Jersery Co-op. We still control the quality of the milk we receive, but there are now several herds we can count on to supply us, not only the quality, but quantity of milk we require to supply our customers from coast to coast.
