In an independent taste study, North Carolina State University stated that Promised Land Dairy milks were distinctive and unique in that they were characterized by high intensities of chocolate aroma and flavor and a thick rich mouth-feel. Promised Land Dairy milks received the highest scores in chocolate flavor and aroma. Ranking our Midnight Chocolate number 1 and our Reduced Fat Midnight Chocolate number 2 out of 28 samples of chocolate milk for producers across the country.
