2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen1 cup fresh strawberries, frozen1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt2 tablespoons flax seed meal2 cups Promised Land Dairy Homogenized Whole White Milk (*or Promised Land Dairy Reduced Fat 2% White Milk or Promised Land Dairy Fat Free White Milk)Fresh fruit of your liking (kiwi, berries, bananas, peaches, nectarines or mangos)Nuts of your liking (almonds, walnuts or coconut)
Place bananas, strawberries, yogurt, Promised Land Dairy Homogenized Whole White Milk and flax meal into blender. Blend on high until smooth. Stir and add additional milk if needed. Mixture should be very thick.
Divide evenly into two bowls. Top with fruits and nuts as desired.
