1 cup old fashioned rolled oats2 tablespoons chia seeds2 cups Promised Land Dairy Whole Milk, Reduced Fat 2% Milk or Fat Free Milk2 cups fresh fruit, sliced (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Combine oats, Promised Land Dairy Milk and chia seeds. Layer oat mixture, yogurt and fruit evenly between two, 1 pint mason jars or small serving bowls.
Cover and chill overnight. Top with almonds and additional fruit if desired.
