- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups whipped topping, plus remainder for final layer
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 packages vanilla or chocolate instant pudding
- 3 cups Promised Land Dairy Midnight Chocolate Milk
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix chopped pecans, flour and butter. Press into 9 x 11 inch glass oven-safe dish.
Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.
Mix cream cheese and sugar.
Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping.
Spread onto first layer.
Combine pudding packets and Promised Land Dairy Midnight Chocolate Milk and beat with whisk until thick.
Spread onto second layer.
Top it all off with whipped topping.
