CHOCOLATE DELIGHT

Serves 8-10

THIS RECIPE USES:

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup self-rising flour
1 stick butter
2 cups whipped topping, plus remainder for final layer
8 ounces cream cheese
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 packages vanilla or chocolate instant pudding
3 cups Promised Land Dairy Midnight Chocolate Milk

Directions:

1st Layer:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Mix chopped pecans, flour and butter. Press into 9 x 11 inch glass oven-safe dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.

2nd Layer:

  • Mix cream cheese and sugar.
  • Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping.
  • Spread onto first layer.

3rd Layer

  • Combine pudding packets and Promised Land Dairy Midnight Chocolate Milk and beat with whisk until thick.
  • Spread onto second layer.

4th Layer:

  • Top it all off with whipped topping.
