1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mix chopped pecans, flour and butter. Press into 9 x 11-inch glass oven-safe dish.
3. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.
1. Mix cream cheese and sugar.
2. Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping.
3. Spread onto first layer.
1. Combine pudding packets and Promised Land Dairy Midnight Chocolate milk and beat with whisk until thick.
2. Spread onto second layer.
Top it all off with whipped topping.
