If you are calling or emailing concerning a product purchased from your grocer, we will need your name, address and phone number, the name and location of the grocer, date of purchase of the product, name of the product & code date on the bottle cap.
Your email will be answered as quickly as possible, usually within 2 work days; however, depending on workload, holidays or vacation, sometime this is not possible. If you require a quicker response, please call between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday, Central Time Zone.
If you have a question or concern about a product purchased from your grocer, please report it to us and return it to the place of purchase. Your grocer will want to know of your concerns and review the handling procedures of dairy products in his store.
